Level requirement Battle Arena

Hey, I tried to participate in the battle arena today with level 22. When I tried to register it said that im unable to register because i do not meet the required level, only level 20 and above could join. As I said i am level 22 so I i am above level 20. Is there any new requirement or so?

AFAIK it is level 70 or something like that.
Before they had this limitation people connected a lot of level 1 chars in order to receive a lot of coins from BA.
