This makes us able to speak proper english -.-
When the games updates you can leave it in your folder, it should work till they update the filter.
UPDATE for client v1.97: 
works only on 1.96 or updating with it from 1.96
Scan it if you want.. I didnt make it anyweys.. I just tought I shuld post it for all who need it..

its very easy to say some 'forbidden' words like ''****''. Just press [alt+255(with numlock)]and then type what you want to say. Very easy...and no need for some weird patches.

You will only embarrass when somebody logs in the game and sees "By 0x33" and not by "duranni". It would rather look like you are stealing. But we did make it public so at least it would be a nice to mention the creators of it.

Also, seit dem ich Updates auf meinem PC insterlliert habe und den PC neugestartet habe, hat mein Server irgendein Problem bekommen. Wenn ich mich einlogge kann ich noch Items erstellen kämpfen usw.. außer in irgendeiner Form Chatten. So zB. wenn ich versuche was zu schreiben kommt der Satz halt nicht über dem Kopf oder im Chat und dann ist alles weg also kann keine Items erstellen und nur Attacken einsetzten MObs kann ich nicht töten, also so als ob das Internet dann weg wäre....

Very simple.
Go in ini folder in your co folder.
Find the silence.dat file and delete it.
Restart co.
The filter is client side. Whenever u type a filtered word (lets say ass), filter replaces it by ***. If u removed ur filter, it will not, so if you type ass, people with filter will see it un-filtered. If someone with filter on types ***, you will get the censored ***.
