restart was enough, till this morning

Now i've updated it to newest SM + srobot1.58 but now my bot says

<Login failed, Check your username and password>

so....this is what i did:
A. Delete ALL softmod and srobot files
B. Restarted PC
C. reinstalled 1.58 srobot and softmod patch
D. result = still says its out of date

can anyone who has it solved post here in clear steps what he/she did to solve it ?

Update: I got the sm to work but first I had to delete entirely my Silkraod online by removing it from my computer via Add/Remove programs.

Then I redownloaded it and started it so it was freshly clean and updated.

Then I redownloaded easter sm -installed it.
Redownloaded the trial cleaner - cleaned out my registry keys
Finally I downloaded the 1.54 bot and now all seems to be working right on.

1. Delete Your ENTIRE SRO directory (Also remove your softmod n bot files) "Control Panel > Add and Remove Programs > SRO"
2. RE-Download from main site i guess "if u have your setup, i think tht should work just as fine" Run it w/o soft mod and bot, just to update your client.
3. Re-Download your softmod (Easter SM) and install it
4. Re-Download trial cleaner (As far the registry keys are concerned, i'm not sure about thihs, perhaps we can get detail steps for this part)
5. Downlaod the v. 1.54 bot

this is what Falcon Storm has done.. i haven't tried it personally.

Just Be patient Animusa will probably either wake up in a few hours (3 or so) or be home from school in about 6hours since he lives in germany and the time zone difference from here to there is a mere one hour so just hold on!

if you bothered to read i was talking about 1.58 not 1.54, but regardless, the 1.54 works for me atm but i'd rather be using 1.58 to be on the safe side

**** you guys are crazy...i agree with spikeyy can't you just wait dont complain i want to be safe if you know you're using a bot that may have gotten others banned wait a little bit for a new bot if you cant go 1-6 hrs with out a bot botting you're charachter you need a life so chill the hell out go to school play outside cme in DL bot and go to sleepie!

Just wait till animus gets online indeed..prolly @ work or school and since iets 11.30am here it'll take a few hours. Till then just use the 1.54bot indeed. Did the same and just let it run till they found out whats wrong with the new one.

And geesh..why do ppl freak out that easily if something doesn't work. Dont forget you're too lazy to play, dont want to spend money..and are freeloading on a bot. And STILL you keep yelling,screaming that you need it fixed RIGHT NOW. Just have patience FFS... (not talking about everyone in here..)

just found it on other forums , pls use it at ur own risk , i scanned it it found only the usual crypt.exe thingy (compressing stuff or something)

anyway rescan it once again
works for me , put it in ur main silkroad directory
