i think the global thingy is true beacos 6 ppl at the time post "17" the i got a ds and could not connect again and i think they are adding the skills party euro etc thats why they are offline for that time thats my opinion

From information i obtained the server will start on Feb 28. If not on Feb 28 then it is Feb 29. All account information will still be the same. This is confirmed by the chinese GM. Open at 17:30 gmt +8 , 99.9 % sure if not it will open on feb 29 friday 100%!
