As wrote the news about our bot comes too earlier. I'm used to release only working and debugged tools so the decision to maintain the site closed till almost the whole site will not be completed.
Make a working site ready to accept an huge quantity of users (usually 90% lechers/spammers) take time.
We will open the registration in the first weeks for only 100 users every week till we will not be sure that the site work properly.

The hurry is not a good friend.
