have u ever tried to hit the Home (Pos1) button on your keyboard to open the SROBot config menu?

i had same problem, Go to Start > Run, then in the box type regsvr32 MSWINSCK.OCX

lol that's why you need to get your stuff from original posters. You need to download the latest file of dotnet.
Just google it , it's from microsoft
