You have to install a Loopback Adapter, you can find how at page 23/24/25 or something :P Don't know exactly..

Well I found out why but I cannot figure out how to enable the loopback I installed it but I cannot find where to start it I go under network connections and only thing I see is my usual connection nothing to enable loopback.
