The virustotal you posted is invalid. This is the real one:

Edit1: This file contains a virus. Don't download it! Preparing the proof.

It creates a malicious winrar.exe and runs it.


It executes a JavaScript file which connects to a remote endpoint.


The POST-body does not contain harmful data but the User-Agent does.


So there is definitely some fishy things going on.
