Thats only the case with isro atm because they are the only version with the ongoing bot problem other versions dont see it as a big threat yet so they do not change their opcodes as often as isro does.
The current version (1.206) works fine on 1.207. You just need the original, un-patched SRO_client, meaning no English clients as Testosterone translates everything for you. If you have a patched client, you'll get the "Can't find 1.201 client".
