Check enable multiclient, for the c10 open botcfg.ini. Scroll to the bottom, you will find:

[safecon]
relogin=0
multiclient=0
mac1=some number
mac2=some number

change that into

[safecon]
relogin=0
multiclient=0
mac1=0
mac2=0
