I guess you have only one folder with silkroad and you use mediapatcher on it and you want to use this patched silkroad client twice in the same time and both clients will try to connect over nuconnector or srproxy. Think about that man.
Its normal that it will dc the first client who is connected over nuconnector/srproxy. mediapatcher does nothing else then to send it over that tool. If you want to use mediapatcher, then you have to make a copy of your whole silkroad folder and just rename it to "stallchar" as example. You only patch the orginal sro folder with mediapatcher and use that one for connecting the bot and the "stallchar" folder with silkroad for the stallcharacter... So well, very complicated way....

and start the first client with redirect ip option for the bot and the second, third, forth,.... client without redirect ip.
Then have fun with botting, selling, pvping and whatever at the same time.
