It seems that there is a limit of two clients (maybe three if you count the HS Server) per IP and that Joymax is blocking them.

I get the error in the login screen.

normally it shows no servers, if you try to login with the sro, the Hackshield opens. But this client is only for the hackshield, not for login or playing. Use a second window to login.
