run game as admin maybe it works for me it work's on many games most of the time

could be server inspection, or they changed it like they did in ksro:

for ksro you need a korean proxy. probaly now you need an chinese proxy. just wait 1 or 2 days.

Well I am playing right now and I dont have any problems, so its shouldnt be that ... maybe its a router problem?

wasnt tryin to be harsh either...
i asked someone in my guild about the icon and he sed he doesnt hav it, the char he was on was a chinese tho. its not on his euro char anymore either, sed he didnt do anything...

ive seen an error similar to that..
did u by chance edit the data.pk2 and move the csro folder?

there are ways around their ip filters, wat i want is a korean personal #, and learn how to speak korean.
