[Guide]How to remove chat filter

This is a picture tutorial on how to remove chat filter for silkroad.


Open the pk2 tools, go to pk2 extracter and load the media.pk2


Click server_dep,silkroad,text data,click abuse filter, and click extract


A new folder will be made called media


Continue through the media folder until u see a text document called abusefiter.txt


Once you open the file, u will see all this weird stuff, just click select all and delete.

It should look like this


Open this program in the pk2tools folder


Then select ur media pk2


Look for the first line, it looks like this


Click select file


Open the abuse filter txt document


Click import and ur done

Maybe in iSRO works but not in vSRO Files

i run this tool and it pop up saying "out of memory" My pc got 12gb of ram o.O

onyl problem here is that u delete abusefilter content, when making job alias and guild/union name it will say that u are using illegal characters

anyone who knows anything about database's and the media.pk2 can tell you that "IF" you delete all the text in the abuse filter text it will also cause you more problems then it solves because you will not be allowed to make any new char's or see any text for items in the game as well because the ALLOWED text is for your char names as well as everything that is allowed or not allowed inside the game , so do not do that , just edit out the words you want to be able to use then save it and import that way you can say what you want in game and still be able to create chars and see item names .
