At first you have to know which kind of bot you want to do.:
A packetbot.. so make an proxy or use an alrdy finished. and begin to sniff around some packets.
A memorybot.. so check some addresses out, learn c++ and how to inject a dll. then you could collect the address of the Auto Select address an call it. Or you search for the Monster Array in the memory. And call the Attack / UseSkill Method.
