i cant buy anything from blacksmith like weapons and bolts and is it way to fix that bug: when i make lv up of skill i need to relog to skill work?

anyone help me on teamviewer?
i can't open the silk.sql file
it says it's in use

silk file succeded.
but when i start the loginserver.exe it gives red text with errrors.
how to fix this

u put the server rate too high..
max must be 250 or below..
and for spawn rate..make it 3..it would be working properly
