It's not clear for me weather you wanna see a player, account or title count?
Titles can be bound on accounts or chars.
The player count of total players is not in account TB_Users since those are only accounts
Eacj acc can hold multiple chars which means if titles are bound to chars, the fully documented solution from hassan misses a little more info..
