need hlep with underbar

when i click on the skills icon in my underbar it keep opening the collection book.
I want it to open skills

I try using the original silkroad online 2dt files but still did not work.

which files do i need to edit and the lines?

do you know the line of code i should be looking for, i spent a hour trying to comparing ginterface.txt from to different severs to find which lines of code was change, but no luck.
