it has to be something like this

	for(int i =0;i<m_textbox->GetNumberOfItems();i++) {

		m_textbox->RemoveLine(i);
	}

I'll give you a hint that will give you the function that bimbum mentioned (it works exactly as he said btw).

Check console command /chatclear
