How to Change Magic Pop Ratio to specified value?

Hello everyone!

Im looking to change magic pop rates, i found some query on the internet, but its not really helping, its more like global changing of all the table value.

Exemple of Query that i found:

Im looking to change the rate of items to value like 20%, 10% or 5%...
Any Idea how to do that ? thanks !
