SROKing, Don't load the world game on Elite Silkroad

Well, theres some names called for example : Elitepvpers and i can use sroking without problems but theres some names called for example : Elitepvpers[Esro2]
and when i loggin a char called like that Sroking doesnt show up setting etc,...
Any ideas how can i do to get it working?
The problem is cause of " [ , ] " on the char name
Would be amazing if you could help me.
