Coders Needed

hello i have 2 new servers comeing out
i need 2x or 3X coders

iam not a coder so i need help on this matter
for some basics like item stacking inserting items
in mobs

and such and also\
New npcs, new monsters, items to shops, new avatars/item,
uniques to auto spawn.

upkeep and maintain the server and databass

you will be paid a fair salary from the servers profits

You don't need a coder for what you want to do, but a guy that can edit DB/PK2.
This doesn't belong to this section, there is a thread on the private section where you can find someone willing to help you or post your request so someone interested on it will contact you.

Well that's basically how work works. You work for a company for let the owner get the benefit and you will get part of it as a reward for your job.

Thats not true. First of all Company invest in workers(paying them) and resources before product will be made. Later if product success workers should get part of profits.

lol i dont know where you come from but no one pays upfront
for anything
and as i understand it works like this for pservers
because face it most of us are not rich

you do a good job = members = donations = pay

ao denpeoding how good of a job you do decides
how well you get payed

Actually you get pay when you started work.
You get a pay rise as you're experience with it.
