I wouldn't call that windowed mode, since with windowed mode you have a X and a - when you do alt+win+enter you don't get those also you can't adjust the size...
So it's pretty useless, maybe just for seeing msn messages.
it aint window mode but that is what i needed
im using a login bot and controling two computer from one so i cant press the windows button so nowthe taskbar is always on top

minimize yor game using task manger
switch your windows settings back (to 1280x1024)
