Soldier Front Loading problem please help

I have a soldier front loading problem When the host starts the game it takes me about 6 minutes to load up.
Once the game has loaded i have about 6 deaths and the game has more or less finished.
I Have only bought this laptop about a week ago.
My ram Is 1GB this is enough for a game My game to load I think.
I wondered if anyone could help me.
Please don't say stuff like buy a new computer cause it does not solve my problem.
Hope you can help me out.

try to check your hard disk.. may be it is fully loader... advice to delete some data...


or here

go to run TYPE recent and folder appear delete all inside the folder


and run again TYPE %temp% delete again....

What is the speed of your internet connection?

Please close some process that is not necessarily needed in playing Soldier Front... (like Yahoo messenger,Msn, and etc.)
