Wrong, Advertising is Allowed aslong as it is approved by an Admin/Global. For this to be approved they must have a site back to Elitepvpers on their Page, Such as an Sponsors.

But, i do agree with you as in he is not allowed to advertise it since the site has no Redirect Link back into Epvper's.
