TAGALOG:
dumarami ng ang mga bagong members, karamihan ng mga bagong members and2 lang para manghingi, ok lang sana kung nag da-download lang sila, kaso nanghihingi pa eh, ipopost pa nila ung mga e-adds at ym's nila para lang manghingi, and2 n nga lang cla bilang parasites, di pa nila sinusunod ung mga rules... un bang tipong gagawa ng account d2 para lang makapag download.. 
English:
the number of new members are increasing, many of them are just here to get the latest hacks, maybe its ok if they are just here to download, but, they still have the guts to beg for it, they also have the guts to put/display/give their email addresses and YM's for the sake of getting the hack. their here as parasites, they don't even follow the rules. their just creating an account for them to be able to download
~trane~ (moderator), can u do something about it?
well, i dont say new members are welcome though..

Dont worry about it. People like that will be getting infractions soon enough. Just wait a couple of days (Idk how many exactly) we should have another mod added into this section.

Hmmmm..... Basically,.. That's there main Purpose/reason why they are here.
Just to DL some stuffs,....
But we can't DENY the Fact that there are Members Who Violate Rules,...
and That's The One Reason that I'm Kinda Sad now at our Section.
People are becoming Desperate,..Posting their EMAILS,.... if i think is Kinda Risky.
Hope Someday,.. All of our Concerns will be Solve.
- IDK but... i have a Feelin That we will Have a "NEW MOD Soon Enough from Now"
Let's See and Wait what will happen That Time.
