1st thing you need to do is -->reinstal cabal, and update it, and dont start the cabal.
Then you go start-->Acessoriess-->Run and type MSCONFIG-->then you go TOOLs, and find Disable UAC. Click it and then lunch -->Restart pc.
When your pc restarts go to search and type CMD. When CMD open type powercfg -h off
Now copy CR 1.0.7 files in your cabal map , and CB...
