and where it will be found after saving it?

Ah... i think, you must need to download Fraps.. then play your Replay tape..

set your fraps on 24 frames per second (FPS) or if it's still big on size try 20 or 15...
and btw you still need a video converter for this to be uploaded on youtube... i believe they use vp6 flash video format on youtube..
