? duffle bag or do you mean weapon bomb?.. dufflebags are the ones that give 30k each.. gives patches varying from exp, double up, headshot+.5 sp etc... while weapon bombs are the ones you purchase by means of ecoin top up...
there are several tutorial in acquiring permanent weapons but for me, by experience, i think it depends on your luck..
