[RELEASE] Clear Scope + NO smoke

All you have to do is place this file in your Special Force data>effect folder.

This file is named effect_004 and contains no smoke but also clear scope for certain guns(psg is 100% clear scope).

X is your system's HDD (ex. C:\Program Files\MYGAME\Special Force\data\effect or D:\Program Files\MYGAME\Special Force\data\effect)
