Well this is a edit. It's just for lulz. It makes about 8x time amount of blood come out when you shoot somebody and it makes grenade explosions much bigger. **You must have Blood Effects on for this to work**.
Copy and paste effect_004.sff to your effect folder. Delete it to remove this. If you already have effect_004.sff rename this as the next number up (EG. effect_005.sff).
This is made by unpacking effect_001.sff and going into the Dust folder. Find "blood", "bloodcake1", and "bloodcake2" and open them up in a photo editing program (I use GIMP.) Just copy the blood over and over until most of the screen is covered in blood and save it.
