Register first here:

Instruction:
First Download The File
Then Extract The File
Then Open The [PHO]SFPH_PUB.exe (Run As Admin for Win 7 Users)
Then Copy The GUID
Then Go To This
Then Login Your Forum Account
Then Paste Your GUID
Then HIT SET GUID

Requirements:

No Menu? Download this and paste it to your C:\WINDOWS\system32: &
