Well, I don't really have a clear and straight answer, but judging by the
date this was posted (06-23-2009, 15:27), I'm guessing that it is
patched.
Since the July patch, most hacks before 7-31-09 has been patched.
I'm not certain that this hack is patched.
You can either go the the site it was made from:

It would be more better if we can bind two or more commands and one key, just like in CS,
/bind space "+jump:duck" = instant bunny hop!
