dxrk doesnt work that well, often times it just stops working mid match.

Never had a single crash with dxrk, and I haven’t seen anyone reporting this issue in discord lately. I remember it happened to a few people some time ago due to they had low RAM or bad overlocking, but that was fixed a long time ago

weird. i used it since thats the only option around a month ago and it had those same issues. for sure wasnt a ram issue, sucks theyre the only option. wouldnt recommend them for anyone else reading this.

they also are misleading on their pricing. they advertise $40 usd (via binance giftcard), but realistically its closer to 50 since binance isnt available in the usa and they upcharge the other options.

It’s clearly an issue on your end, as everyone else is playing just fine.

As for the payment method not being available in your country - that's also sounds like your problem too.
We support multiple payment options and processors; some may have varying fees depending on withdrawals, but you can always use crypto or a Binance gift card with no fees.

It’s 2025 - surprising that people are still figuring out how to use crypto.

i mean, youre advertising with the US currency on your front page, with a form of payment that isnt purchasable within the US. its intentionally misleading, the crypto payment also isnt even 40 bucks.

You can purchase it through Ramp exchanger. Alternatively, gift cards are available on G2A, Kinguin, or ElectronicFirst. If your ****** bank is blocking payments, you’ll need to resolve that on your end.

Yikes

I understand the person posting might have some personal issues to sort out, but putting that aside, the way the seller is speaking publicly is a huge red flag. It gives the impression that their support is awful. If this is how they handle things out in the open, imagine how little they’ll care once they’ve got your money. Personally, I’d steer clear.

That's simply not true. We have a dedicated support team covering multiple time zones and are typically available most of the time. You can find plenty of positive reviews confirming that our support been great. We never leave a customer stranded with technical issues - it's always either a solution or, in very rare cases a refund. That said, our software is built to a high standard, and issues are uncommon.

And no, we're not Walmart. We're not handing out fake smiles while someone's out here twisting facts. If you're here to mislead people, don't expect hugs and cupcakes.

Regardless of whether someone is twisting facts, misunderstanding, or outright lying, you’re going to deal with that as a business owner. It doesn’t matter what kind of business it is; there will always be people like that.

That’s why it’s your responsibility, as the owner, to clearly communicate your company’s values and set the record straight when misinformation comes up.

There will always be people who aren’t tech-savvy, or who genuinely believe they’re right even when they’re not. And in many cases, it’s just someone who bought something and doesn’t fully understand how it works. But when someone is confused or frustrated, especially after spending money with you, they shouldn’t be met with this kind of attitude.

Again, if this is how you're speaking publicly, it's not a great look. I do understand your frustration as well though, if someone is spreading fake news about your software publicly. Just be cautious about how you respond.

dont waste your breathe man. their support is pretty bitchy when someone reports an issue, not sure what this guy is talking about. but for sure fits the walmart quality of customer service.

Dark Solutions by far has the shittiest customer service. That is why I left and went with a private provider. They do the same things Dark does for the same price but with better quality and better design. I personally went out of my way to actually record bugs and provide detailed evidence of said bugs and do you know what they replied with? Basically the same thing as usual. "Sounds like your problem..."

That is literally there response to ******* everything. Dark makes a solid cheat for the most part in the sense that it's usable, but the DEVS and staff in their discord are a complete joke. ******* laughing stock *****. Been awhile since I even visited the forums for smite 2. I came here just to see how things have been going. Glad to see Dark is still being **** talked for their customer support *****.
