I'm a bit late to this party ...
For Android you can download the BlueStacks tool (bluestacks.com) and install apps to it just by using the interface. Easy. Click the search box, type in 'Rage of Bahamut', click 'Rage of Bahamut' in the menu that drops down, it installs.. after a delay click 'Rage of Bahamut' in the upper portion (kind of like the App Drawer).
They already fixed the problem with creating new accounts on here, though -- it won't pass device registration.
