We need more information to answer your question.
1. What country are you from? Some countries have 2 client limitations at the same time. Clientless also counts as client.
2. Are you using the clientless plugin for sbot? This plugin only allows 8 clients to go clientless per account purchased, to prevent server traffic coming back. This tool can be shared on 2 pcs, so if you have it and sharing it with a friend, then he already logged 6 chars clientless.
