Problem with LoopBack

When i try to install loopback adapter i got this error :

that means "The system can't find the file specified"

this step appears after this

i hope someone can help me with that, and clearly that i made the correct steps, i have another computer at home and i made it very easyest and without problems.. i don't know why it happens in this computer

hi i have a problem with tbot when i runs server.exe it says ''unable to intialize socket'' anybody have the same problem?help plz

READ AGAIN- that means "The system can't find the file specified"

and answering your question, I'm portuguese and I speak portuguese, english, french, spanish and italian, that's how i can read it.. u need one thing called intelligence.
