OT: taking in consideration that silkbotter is right and your initial account was the administrator one (which is very possbile in some conditions of installing windows or the oem patched windows-es) you can do 2 things:
1. once youre logged into your "new" account go to Control Panel--->User Accounts-->Change the way users log on and off--->uncheck "Use the welcome screen"--->Reboot. then when you reboot an old window 95..98 style window will appear asking you for your login user name, type Administrator (assuming you didnt changed that) and no passowrd (assuming that you didnt set one while installing windows , or that the oem versions doesnt has one).....and voila youre on your old account.
2. Once youre logged into your "new" account click Log Off....then at the selection screen do ctrl+alt+2xdel (yes, hold ctrl+alt and pres twice fast the del key) and it will switch to an old style user login screen (a la win95,98) type there Administrator (same way as in the first example)
Actually this is a easy way to crack a PC at which you have physical access
Hope it was useful.
