Need help for FLAGSHIP on CSRO plzz

Hello guys !

first of all, sorry for my english, i'm french so...

As i said on the title i can't make the flagship runing.

on tutorials it's said that i have to register or to log-in to use the flagship, but where shall i log in ? or where shall i register ?

i actually was trying to do this here : (i have added the links of the pictures if doesn't work)



then i got this :

but i'm not sure the 2nd picture says me "yes you are logged in" or "try again i won't let you log in" lol anyway, when i start the game after doing this, i can't have any bonus... and none of the diffrent pages change on the flagship...

if you can help me, i would be gratefull

my computer run on windows 7 64bits, i used run as admin and compatibility mode (i tryied with all old windows, none working)

if you want to know anything about my computer or if you want to see what happen when i try something on flagship, i can send you screenshots to show you what happen.
