[Question] About My Wizz

Hey ... i´m Lv 110 F.F Wizz Cleric

my problem is i set 3 Level (9 Points to STR)

My Balance (With Out Int Buff or Premium) 111%
Full INT Balance (too with out all) 113%

My Balance With Premium: Normal = 112% Plus = 114%

Full INT Balance With Premium: Normal 114% Plus = 116%

What you mean is it very bad ?

2% and i use Nova+7 Staff :P
