It is fine for PvPing if you like 1hitting your enemy (high damage crit and he is gone!). But you have no defence other then the shield, you have no kind of healing other then potting and hoping he cant kill you meanwhile, and you have no support at botting .. so think for yourself .. is this what you want and deal with it ..
