[CSRO]Server is going under inspection ?

Hey guys!
Today, everytime when I start the launcher and choose a division, the launcher freezes and about one minute later, the message "The Server currently going under inspection" appeared.

I thought, that this is a normal inspection, but one of my friends told me, that he loged in.

I reinstalled it and downloaded another Media.pk2 but nothing works..

Can someone help me?

Edit: Problem solved I had to terminate Proxifier :/
