Problem with Ksro

After i installed the Ksro its said me that the server is under going...
and i havnt this problem at global silkroad.
pls some1 can help me?

hm..ksro can only b played with a korean ip.. or so..thats what some1 said to me ;o
btw i cant play ksro too ;(

you might wanna play china sro.. they said its the same as ksro.... anyone has a guide on how to sign up?

Korean sro = china ****** /> and my frinds can play at ksro so itsnot the ip
