^^SAD VERY SAD^^
anyways c9 is usually a network error. This usually happens when either SRO servers are down, bot servers are down, or your connection is low. So check your connection by checking your downloads (turn them off), make sure web sites load up fast enough, turn off all of your firewalls and whatnot, and finally disable your antivirus (especially if it has some sort of program control or proactive defense) and then reboot the computer.
And finally if that doesn't work, look on silkroadonline.net and see if they are doing updates/checking on your server or if all the servers are down. If not then you are just a very unlucky person because it can't be anything else except your host file. check you host file in (C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc) and make sure the only line at the bottom is the one that has 127.0.0.1 in it, anything below that you should delete the additional ips and save the file.

if you are using the ProjectHax TurboHack along with Tbot0522 then yeah, you do need to do the loopback connection thing. If not then you don't.
Just go to

and look in the TurboHax tutorial.
