in the horse inventory you are able to put only 10 special goods per slot

how can this is possible?

that happened after one of the last inspections. It wasn't meant to. They fixed it now

yea if they left it that way it would b soooo much more fun! and it would b worth trading for sure. I personally think they should change it back. It was awesome
