my advise :

1. try to make a combination of numerics and alphabets username,password, SECRET QUESTION.

2. do not use the same id or password that been use on your email.

3. do not download any untrusted file.

4. put some firewall on your internet conenction.

5. use on screen keyboard.

u wan't ur account back? NOT POSSIBLE , just ring joymax say that ur scammed and ask ur stuff back , hopely they'll do it , someguys did that and got there stuff back but lately their slacking in sro and won't do it so ur account? ULL NEVER SEE IT BACK...

It's not on the joymax site...

I have the number (got it from someone who called it),, but i couldn't find it myself

ik vraag me ook wel af hoeveel het me gaat kosten zo'n telefoontje naar hun.

i think the phone call will last 10-20 minutes and cost like 1,5 euro a minuut.
so 15-30 euro just to call them, and then hope they unban me. thats the second thing.

BTW. i am in server troy if this succeeds you can give me your characters name so i can give u a Special item as a thank you.

you can possibly get it back by getting the new e-mail which is connected to that account. so, if you still know the account you can get your account back. The hard part is getting the new e-mail so you can change the password. But, the thing is, if you have ever made a post of the sro official forums, you can go find it and "e-mail" the account [there is an e-mail button under a person's post whenever they post in the sro forums]. So, once you find the e-mail, use the forgot password system and change your password.
