this message comes from SoftMod, what is wrong with my Silkroad folder?
in my "sm.txt" is the following> temp

I use sroboten1.62 and the Indian patch 1.097 ...

You have the right things needed, now keep pressing the white hand until it starts. Same happened to me, also you may want to read some other posts in order to figure out how to fix your future issues.

He has that error cause yesterday when the softmod goes outdated and maybe he replaced sm files with the original sro files...and the first release of the working softmod has "sm.dll;silkroad.exe;sm.txt.txt;softmod2.dll" and maybe he also has the old sm.txt file so he need to delete it and he need sro_client.exe >.>
That's the solution about "login failed"

I'm gonna try to disable my norton firewall ( like 3t3rnal said in his post)
and if it works then, THEN *** U NORTON ANTIVIRUS > brings a whole shitload of trouble
