Guild logos

ok i need a little help mking my guilds logo. Can some one tell the exact size it has to be and what format i need to make it? and were in the c/programsfiles/silkroad do i place it so i can add it?

Its a great place to get a good emblem cause its already in the right format and size, you just save it to your silkroad folder.
