First is because of stability... It will come ruined if it will continue... (I mean rates).

What money, your money?GM or what?
Thigs that are not normal are shields +25, like this 
But no, its normal. Retarded rusro GMs will say its pk2 edit or photoshop. Like as they did when there was 90Lv wiz running at Zeus, after 3 weeks of rusro start.

Seriously, who cries about 2x exp? It's good for everyone, including gm's. Then there will come more people. more people = more silk buying
For us:
More exp/sp = faster farming, faster lvling
