Hey,
Is it possible that a password can be changed on silkroad.ru without knowing the secret answer/old password?Is there any chance you can recover your account with proof that you bought silk?Need a fast and accurate answer,thanks alot

no , at account page it is required to know the current password , maybe if you change email of the account and you press forgot passsword to send a random pass on email.

Okay,what about if you have proof of buying silks?They will recover your account in case you email them telling you got hacked?

well depends i use 2pay-liq pay and i have an order number at 2pay but of course i never save my orders just for 10 min until i see my silks. you could try i think if you have enough evidence to make your point solid.try making a ticket writing in russian with google translate. anyway dont type your password not even around your closest friends. knowing an email and id is enough to scam.

I am the one that got scammed(well not sure yet).Anyway thanks for the information
